What our learners say

This course really changed how I think about patient care. The tips on understanding what patients want were super practical, and I've noticed my patients seem to be more satisfied with their treatment. It's definitely helped me build better relationships and given me new tools to think about when communicating treatment plans and expectations. Great short course!

I really appreciated the lit review on patient satisfaction. What really surprised me though was how small changes to my practice could make such a big difference. The ideas were easy to put into practice, and my patients are a lot more engaged and happy with their care. Highly recommend this course! Easy to fit the learning into the busy week with work, family and personal time.
