Depression
Behavioural Solutions for Depression: A Masterclass
Depression is one of the leading causes of disability and is often a co-morbid condition with pain, sleep and other issues. Not everyone with depression needs therapy and or medication, and for many sufferers, Behavioral Activation (BA), which can be delivered by any healthcare professional, is the best evidence based approach.
This course is for psychologists, counsellors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, kinesiologist and any other healthcare pro who is eager to bolster their expertise in depression management using BA. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner seeking to refine your therapeutic approach or a novice clinician aiming to build foundational skills, this course offers valuable insights and practical tools to enhance your clinical practice.
