Meet your instructor
Cassi is an Occupational Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher. She aims to educate and empower her clients, so they can take an active role in returning to what they need or want to do. Her main areas of practice include concussion and mental health.
Providing high quality education and mentorship is a particular area of interest for Cassi. She has mentored OT students, new graduates, and experienced OTs transitioning to new areas of practice. She has created and facilitated mental health skill-building groups.
Cassi is a member of the CAOT Network for Addressing Suicide in Practice and has presented locally and nationally on the topic. She continues to build courses like this one to support and empower clients and fellow healthcare workers alike.
