What our learners say

Steve is an absolute legend! I always knew that building rapport was crucial, but this course gave me the tools and techniques to take it to the next level. I feel more equipped to secure patient buy-in and foster trust. Also, and surprisingly, since the course, my clinical day is so much more fulfilling and I practice with more ease even though there nothing easy about working with patient's. Highly recommend this course to any healthcare professional looking to enhance their practice.

“Wow, what a course! There were a lot of things that I did unconsciously which I think were downfalls for me. Now having done the course and really bringing this information into my consciousness, I am si much more aware of how I am showing up in my interactions with clients. It has reinvigorated a passion for really helping people. Before it was all about giving a good treatment, now it's really about focusing on the entire interaction, not just the hands on part.
