What our learners say

ACT Essentials gave me a fresh perspective on working with clients who struggle with chronic pain and emotional challenges. The course was engaging, and packed with useful techniques I could use right away. It’s made a real difference in how I approach treatment. It gave me the tools to help clients manage their pain and emotions in a way that felt more flexible and personalized. I didn’t realize how much I needed ACT until I started using it!

I really loved this short course. The diversity of learning activities was awesome. Since I’ve always leaned on CBT in my practice, I found it didn’t resonate with every client, especially some of those dealing with chronic pain and emotional struggles. ACT Essentials was exactly what I was missing. It gave me new tools and a fresh approach to help clients when CBT didn’t quite fit. Now I feel more confident in supporting them through tough emotions and guiding them toward meaningful change.
